Tambo PR is a boutique music PR agency headed up by Toni Tambourine, a publicist with over 20 years of experience working with some of the most prominent names in dance and pop culture. He knows a thing or two about spotting a good story and liaises with national media and specialist dance music journalists across print and online media. Specialising in Electronic Music PR for DJs, Producers, Pop Artists and large scale events, delivering the desired coverage result.
Honing his craft he spent nine years as Head of Press at respected Dance music record label Defected Records. Later going onto work with influential PR agencies where he was lead on many extraordinary artists including Avicii, Steve Angello, Tiesto, David Guetta and Steve Aoki for a number of years.
He has worked with many of the world’s best DJs from Roger Sanchez, Sandy Rivera, Masters at Work, Dennis Ferrer, Martin Solveig, Bob Sinclar, Faithless and DJ Fresh. Labels that he has worked across include Positiva (EMI), FFRR (Parlophone), Relentless Records and Ministry of Sound (Sony).
His career started as club promotor who presented many of London’s seminal club nights in legendary venues during the 90’s and 00’s, including The Hanover Grand, The Cross, Turnmills, Scala and The End.
